Correct answer: B. 956 feet.

The table gives 1,195 feet to clear a 50-foot obstacle at 5,000 feet and 41 °F. Note 1 subtracts 10% for each 4 knots of headwind, so 8 knots means 20%: 1,195 × 0.80 = 956 feet.
