Correct answer: B. 545 feet.

At 5,000 feet and 41 °F the table gives a 495-foot ground roll. 101 °F is 60 °F hotter than that, and note 2 adds 10% for each 60 °F above standard: 495 × 1.10 ≈ 545 feet.
