Where the questions come from
The test questions are the FAA's published sample questions, and the charts and tables come from the FAA's own testing supplement (FAA-CT-8080-2H). Both are U.S. Government works in the public domain. The FAA publishes no answer key, so the answers and explanations here are ours, each with a reference you can check in 14 CFR, the AIM, or the handbooks in our library. Questions with no single answer we could ground in those sources were left out. Study material only: always check the current regulations.
