**If circuit breaker is tripped**
    - [ ] Shut off affected alternator.
    - [ ] Reset affected alternator circuit breaker .
    - [ ] Turn on affected alternator switch.
    - [ ] If circuit breaker reopens, turn off alternator.
**If circuit breaker does not trip**
    - [ ] Select affected alternator on ammeter and monitor output.
    - [ ] If output is normal and failure light remains on, disregard fail indication and have indicator checked after landing.
    - [ ] If output is insufficient turn off alternator and reduce electrical load to one alternator capacity.
    - [ ] If complete loss of alternator output occurs check field fuse and replace if necessary.
    - [ ] If an intermittent light indication accompanied by ammeter fluctuation is observed - shut off affected alternator and reduce load to one alternator capacity.

## ALTERNATOR FAILURE DUAL (ABNORMAL)

- [ ] Reset over-voltage protector if out
- [ ] If still inoperative, switch to number 2 regulator
**If still inoperative:**
    - [ ] Shut off both alternator switches
    - [ ] Shut off battery master switch
    - [ ] Reduce electrical load to a minimum
    - [ ] Turn on emergency power switch
    - [ ] Turn on left alternator switch
    - [ ] Turn on right alternator switch
**If still inoperative:**
    - [ ] Turn off emergency power switch
    - [ ] Turn off both alternator switches
    - [ ] Turn on battery master switch
    - [ ] Prepare to terminate flight

## AIRCRAFT FIRE ON GROUND (EMERGENCY)
